Workin out, then disaster

protein shake and fiber bar breakfast
chicken breast subway sandwich no cheese with diet lemonade lunch
1/2 protein bar, and green tea snack

after work i worked out good again. this time at work again. i hope to work out here every time. 1/2 cardio, 1/2 strength. worked my back really good.

cereal/apple early dinner
small popcorn no butter/diet coke at movies snack
2 tiny cheeseburgers/fiber bar late dinner. this is where i fucked up bad.
