2 Slices of cheese pizza for lunch/dinner
Funyuns, diet energy drink, and cheese bread for snacks.
this isn't going well. I'll have to get back on track now. I hate it so bad. Being around my enabling aunt is horrible. She is morbidly obese, smokes, drinks, etc. Her 15 year old son is falling into the same pattern as well. He is fat, stays up til 1 in the morning, eats SHIT right before bed, doesn't exercise...
I love my aunt to death, but seeing her is quite depressing. I am pretty much straight edge as far as drinking/smoking are concerned. I have nothing against it, but it's not for me. I need to apply the same level of discipline to my food choices as well.

"Vacation" day 1
Today was both eye opening and depressing in regards to my eating goals. Saw a a few of my aunts and uncles... and they're all steadily gaining weight. I am trying not to follow suit, as I don't wanna end up like these people! Anyways I woke up and was in trouble from the start.
My mom/aunt decided on Donuts for breakfast. I hate, HATE, how easy it is to justify eating shitty. Oh, family member died? Eat like shit.... On vacation? Eat like shit... Rarely get together with these people? Eat like shit... meh. I take all the blame for my horrible choices, but I can't stand it either. Anyways, my relatives had meatloaf for dinner (with sausage) and I refused... I had to get out anyways and ended up eating shitty Jack in teh Box food instead ;). God I'm glad we don't have those in Utah.
Gonna do better tomorrow, I'm hoping!

Memorial day fag fest and today...
I spent the majority of Memorial day with my two gay buddies. One of them broke his foot recently and i was not going to be a pert pooper and feast on a blueberry and a baby carrot.
So we devoured some pineapple upside down cake and hit the Neigborhood.

I had their Neighborhood burger, fries (yep) and two Alesmith Speedways (they have it on tap)
Today i had tons of coffee. Then i ran for an hour and a half and then tore my ALC :D.
I had a tuna sandwich , some fruit and now i am consuming some Samuel Smith's Organic cider (how faggy)
Chud is visiting my city and i am too tempted to consume some serious calories with him :D

so this is the hardest part of dieting... eating on the road. we'll see how i do.

BFast: 100 cal. protein drink
Lunch: Double Cheeseburger and diet coke
Snack: Red Vines, Diet Green Tea, pretzels
Dinner: 2 Jack in the Box tacos, diet coke
Meh.

w00t, first post.
weekends are the bane of my existence. eatin pizza and sweets. horrible stuff.
breakfast: bowl of wheaties in skim milk, and a single chocolate chip cookie
lunch: leftover cheese pizza w/ vegan pepperoni. 2 1/2 slices
snack: unbuttered popcorn and diet coke at teh movies.
dinner: 2 turkey burgers and a few baked lays chips.
desert: 2 klondike bars! jesus what a waste!
mixed in a few cookies and plenty of diet green tea. no exercise really.
