this isn't going well. I'll have to get back on track now. I hate it so bad. Being around my enabling aunt is horrible. She is morbidly obese, smokes, drinks, etc. Her 15 year old son is falling into the same pattern as well. He is fat, stays up til 1 in the morning, eats SHIT right before bed, doesn't exercise...
I love my aunt to death, but seeing her is quite depressing. I am pretty much straight edge as far as drinking/smoking are concerned. I have nothing against it, but it's not for me. I need to apply the same level of discipline to my food choices as well.
