tired

stayed up til 2am last night, then worked at 7am. shitty day overall. ate wheaties in skim milk
double cheeseburger/diet coke for lunch. god i was just craving it
had a fiber bar/green tea for a snack
dinner was 6 veggie chicken nuggets, grapes and an apple. srsly that's all i ate today.

no exercise. fuuuck. i wanted to go to the gym when i woke up from my nap, but it was already closed!!
