monday

shake breakfast
subway footlong chicken breast sandwich lunch
worked out good. 30 minutes treadmill, then worked chest and a bit of obliques.
got an apple, clif bar, and green tea for a snack after the workout
dinner i went to burger king... ordered a plain double whopper w/ cheese... but only ate literally 3 small bites. my mind was in bad shape at that moment... i threw it away and haven't felt hungry since.

right now i'm nomming on carrots, an apple, and diet green tea.
