o hai

muscle milk b-fast... thinkthin bar (thanks for the recommendation micro) for a snack...subway grilled chicken sandwich (no cheese) for lunch... black bean and cheese burrito for dinner... another thinkthin bar for snack at the movies.

50 minutes of exercise. 1/2 cardio, 1/2 strength. man i am outta shape. must build up my stamina.
