nother day nother dollar

protein shake breakfast
2 chicken wraps lunch... i was in a big hurry, and burger king was the only place nearby. :(
ate a terrible california roll, apple, fiber bar and sangria snacks
teriyaki steak/rice/veggies dinner

did a couple sets for shoulders/triceps today. not enough for a real workout, but i did more lifting than usual at work.
