Wed:
shake bfast
had late lunch... like around 3pm. got a salad, and nice chicken sandwich from whole foods.
took a long nap a few hours later. woke up around 10pm and hit the gym. arms, abs, cardio. this was pretty fun actually, and I'm glad i didn't skip it.
had some apples, protein bar, and that's about it for dinner. weird day overall.
thurs:

chick fil a sandwich for lunch.
apples, green tea snack
worked out as usual. shoulders, abs, cardio.
salad and baked chicken nugget things for dinner.
2 apples for dessert.
