sunday had wheaties in skim milk for breakfast
i honestly can't fucking remember what i had for lunch!!!
turkey burgers for dinner, and some home made cupcakes for dessert. overall pretty bad, but not a total collapse.
monday:
bagel for breakfast
salad, 1/2 bran muffin for lunch.
worked out 1 hour. back, biceps, abs, cardio.
parmesean chicken breast dinner.
peanut butter sandwich on ezekial 4:9 bread for a late snack, and 1 last cupcake.
