protein shake for breakfast
protein shake around 2pm. kinda my lunch. didn't have time to eat anything.
around 4pm i went to subway and ate 1/2 roasted chicken sub. switched to mustard instead of that horribly fattening chipotle sauce.
worked out. back/abs/cardio. my shin splints are really becoming a problem. i will get proper running shoes soon.
ate the 2nd half of the sandwich and a clif bar after my workout, with some diet life water.
for dinner i had 2 turkey burger patties w/ mustard.
went to the movies, and didn't eat/drink anything. when i came home i had an apple and propel.
yay.
