I finally got sick of being lazy, depressed and feasting on junk and decided the only thing that will keep me away from all these would be to work myself out to DEATH.
Let me just tell you..P90X delivers and rapes your guts, ribcage, pretty much your whole body.
My first day was hell after doing Chest&Back followed by the AB RIPPER. Yes your insides crawl out of your ass.I could barely brush my hair nor my Bruce the next day.
Plyometrics was not that bad on me but keep in mind i am used to soccer practice and this is pretty much similar to what i had to go through for 12 yrs so i liked doing it.A lot.
As for the nutrition:
Been consuming mushroom, tomato, egg white omelets.
Shakes(twice a day..one 100 cal for morning snacks along with a bar and one post recovery one after the torture}
Lunch has been tons of salads, a cup of brown rice and tons of chicken.
Late afternoon i eat some fruit
Dinner First day was asparagus, and 2 salmon steaks followed by strawberries and 8 oz of cottage cheese
Second day: 2 big ass steaks, salad again followed by strawberries and cottage cheese.
Cut off time 10 pm pretty much works for me.
I have been off for the last two days so let's see how i will handle this after coming home from standing and running around all day....
Over all i feel good, the energy is almost back and the mood got tons of better.
Fridge is full off goodness and i am a proud midget :D
