had a bowl of wheaties in skim milk for breakfast
went to the movies and had a beef hot dog w/ more sour straws for lunch.
drank a lot of water today.
dinner: had a salad w/ balsalmic vinegar, 3 slices of cheese pizza.
had 2 vegan chocolate chip cookies and 2 apples for a snack/dessert.
i'm working out good this week again. i don't like not working out, that's a very good thing. must not get in a rut. i'm not really in one, but i haven't lost weight in over a week, and i've been getting myself depressed again. that's natural for me though, but i will fight through it.
