starting off the week

had wheaties in skim milk for breakfast
side salad w/ balsalmic vinegar, spicy chicken wrap (only ate about 3/4) for lunch.
apple and green tea for snack
worked out 1 hour. chest, abs, cardio.
clif bar, 2 apples, green tea after workout snack.
black bean burrito, slice of pizza for dinner.
