4th of july

had a shake and protein bar for breakfast, around 10:00. didn't sleep in as bad as i usually do on saturdays.
had a small salad w/ balsalmic vinegar and a chicken sandwich from whole foods for lunch.
had a couple apples, some diet soda, and a clif bar for snacks.
took a loong nap and ate dinner around 9:00pm. had some canned refried black beans on some tortilla chips w/ hot sauce for dinner. then an apple for dessert. not too good, but not horrible for a saturday.
