ok, haven't posted in a while, but i will start up again. missed a bunch of days, but i didn't do bad other than friday and saturday. Sunday went like this:
woke up around noon and had a protein shake. i've switched to low fat myoplex ones that are high in protein, have some calories (which i need more of for breakfast) and very low in sugar. for lunch i had a chocolate muffin and apples from whole foods. dinner was 2 lean beef burgers with buns. the burgers were lean, but tasted like higher fat ones... very good stuff. for dessert i had a clif bar and an apple/propel. that's pretty much it.
starting off monday good. will update later.
