Sunday

ok, haven't posted in a while, but i will start up again. missed a bunch of days, but i didn't do bad other than friday and saturday. Sunday went like this:

woke up around noon and had a protein shake. i've switched to low fat myoplex ones that are high in protein, have some calories (which i need more of for breakfast) and very low in sugar. for lunch i had a chocolate muffin and apples from whole foods. dinner was 2 lean beef burgers with buns. the burgers were lean, but tasted like higher fat ones... very good stuff. for dessert i had a clif bar and an apple/propel. that's pretty much it.

starting off monday good. will update later.

Tues/Wed.

tuesday:
shake breakfast
subway grilled chicken sub lunch
turkey burgers on ezekial bread w/ mustard dinner.
snacks: 2 apples, 1/2 clif bar, gummi bears at the movies, diet sodas/water. ate a black and white cookie for dessert too.
worked out after work as usual. treadmill/arms/abs.

wednesday:
shake breakfast
quizno's cajun chicken sub on wheat, no bacon. diet mtn. dew.
lean hamburger patties/rice dinner.
black and white cookie at the movies, diet coke.
green tea, apple, ezekiel bread w/ peanut butter for snacks.
worked out: treadmill/shoulders.

Sunday/mONDAY

sunday had wheaties in skim milk for breakfast
i honestly can't fucking remember what i had for lunch!!!
turkey burgers for dinner, and some home made cupcakes for dessert. overall pretty bad, but not a total collapse.

monday:
bagel for breakfast
salad, 1/2 bran muffin for lunch.
worked out 1 hour. back, biceps, abs, cardio.
parmesean chicken breast dinner.
peanut butter sandwich on ezekial 4:9 bread for a late snack, and 1 last cupcake.

Friday/Saturday

Friday:
shake breakfast
quizno's baja chicken sub -bacon on wheat.
dinner: cheeseburger
worked out chest/cardio

Saturday:
wheaties in skim milk
salad/quizno's baja chicken -bacon on wheat
4 slices of cheese pizza
had 3 and 3/4 black and white cookies. this was disastrous. each cookie was 350 calories, and mostly just sugar. when i went to whole foods and saw they had them i bought 4 of them for some reason. i hadn't been able to find them anywhere, so i figured i'll just buy up a bunch and eat one every once in a while. but no, i ate almost all of them. FML.

Wed. and Thurs.

Wed:
shake bfast
had late lunch... like around 3pm. got a salad, and nice chicken sandwich from whole foods.
took a long nap a few hours later. woke up around 10pm and hit the gym. arms, abs, cardio. this was pretty fun actually, and I'm glad i didn't skip it.
had some apples, protein bar, and that's about it for dinner. weird day overall.

thurs:
shake breakfast
chick fil a sandwich for lunch.
apples, green tea snack
worked out as usual. shoulders, abs, cardio.
salad and baked chicken nugget things for dinner.
2 apples for dessert.

tuesday

protein shake for breakfast
protein shake around 2pm. kinda my lunch. didn't have time to eat anything.
around 4pm i went to subway and ate 1/2 roasted chicken sub. switched to mustard instead of that horribly fattening chipotle sauce.
worked out. back/abs/cardio. my shin splints are really becoming a problem. i will get proper running shoes soon.
ate the 2nd half of the sandwich and a clif bar after my workout, with some diet life water.
for dinner i had 2 turkey burger patties w/ mustard.
went to the movies, and didn't eat/drink anything. when i came home i had an apple and propel.

yay.

side salad w/ balsalmic vinegar, spicy chicken wrap (only ate about 3/4) for lunch.
apple and green tea for snack
worked out 1 hour. chest, abs, cardio.
clif bar, 2 apples, green tea after workout snack.
black bean burrito, slice of pizza for dinner.

sunday

had a bowl of wheaties in skim milk for breakfast
went to the movies and had a beef hot dog w/ more sour straws for lunch.
drank a lot of water today.
dinner: had a salad w/ balsalmic vinegar, 3 slices of cheese pizza.
had 2 vegan chocolate chip cookies and 2 apples for a snack/dessert.

i'm working out good this week again. i don't like not working out, that's a very good thing. must not get in a rut. i'm not really in one, but i haven't lost weight in over a week, and i've been getting myself depressed again. that's natural for me though, but i will fight through it.

4th of july

had a shake and protein bar for breakfast, around 10:00. didn't sleep in as bad as i usually do on saturdays.
had a small salad w/ balsalmic vinegar and a chicken sandwich from whole foods for lunch.
had a couple apples, some diet soda, and a clif bar for snacks.
took a loong nap and ate dinner around 9:00pm. had some canned refried black beans on some tortilla chips w/ hot sauce for dinner. then an apple for dessert. not too good, but not horrible for a saturday.

Breakfast:2 multigrain muffins with breakfast soy patties

Snack:110 cal, low sugar 21 gr protein, shake

Lunch:2 steaks, peas , salad with cucumbers, sugarplum tomatos and lettuce(i was in a hurry), bing cherries

An hr before the torture: Peanut butter Think Thin Bar

Shake after the torture

Dinner: 2 steaks, steamed squash and broccoli florets , bing cherries.

thurs/fri

Thursday:
Shake/clif bar breakfast w/ some green tea
had some orange chicken w/ rice for lunch. hardly ate any though. wasn't feeling too hungry.
apple, clif bar snack
worked out arms and abs with 20 minutes on the treadmill
3 turkey burger patties (85% lean) (no bun) for dinner.

Friday:
shake breakfast w/ green tea and 1/2 clif bar
had a really late lunch today, like 2:30. i had a cheeseburger, but didn't eat the bun, and had a small salad w/ balsalmic vinegar.
had an apple, clif bar, and some unsweetened iced tea for snack.
had 3 kosher hot dogs w/ 1 bun for dinner, with an apple for dessert.
worked very hard at work today doing some deliveries (soaked my shirt in sweat) so i didn't work out.

i'm noticing that my eating habits are boring, and don't have much variety. need to add more veggies i think.

Knock Knock

I finally got sick of being lazy, depressed and feasting on junk and decided the only thing that will keep me away from all these would be to work myself out to DEATH.

Let me just tell you..P90X delivers and rapes your guts, ribcage, pretty much your whole body.

My first day was hell after doing Chest&Back followed by the AB RIPPER. Yes your insides crawl out of your ass.I could barely brush my hair nor my Bruce the next day.

Plyometrics was not that bad on me but keep in mind i am used to soccer practice and this is pretty much similar to what i had to go through for 12 yrs so i liked doing it.A lot.

As for the nutrition:

Been consuming mushroom, tomato, egg white omelets.
Shakes(twice a day..one 100 cal for morning snacks along with a bar and one post recovery one after the torture}
Lunch has been tons of salads, a cup of brown rice and tons of chicken.
Late afternoon i eat some fruit
Dinner First day was asparagus, and 2 salmon steaks followed by strawberries and 8 oz of cottage cheese
Second day: 2 big ass steaks, salad again followed by strawberries and cottage cheese.
Cut off time 10 pm pretty much works for me.
I have been off for the last two days so let's see how i will handle this after coming home from standing and running around all day....

Over all i feel good, the energy is almost back and the mood got tons of better.
Fridge is full off goodness and i am a proud midget :D

Tuesday:

crispy chicken breast, unsweetened iced tea lunch
vegan sausage patties/black bean burger dinner. mostly protein, little carbs.
apples, clif bar, green tea snacks.
worked out back and abs today, and 25 minutes on the treadmill. overall pretty good day.

Wednesday:
wheaties in skim milk breakfast
subway grilled chicken sandwich lunch. 3/4 footlong
snack: clif bar, propel water, 1/4 sandwich
grilled chicken and rice w/ soy sauce for dinner.
worked hard at work today... but still managed to get in a 40 minute workout. tread and strength. did shoulders today.
